An hour's drive from Tallinn is a beautiful property of 2.92 ha – a two-story log house, an outdoor kitchen, a 162m² workshop/garage, a parking lot and a small log house that has previously been used as a sauna and a storage space. At the edge of the yard flows both a river and a pond with a small island in the middle. You can get to the island by crossing one of the two arched bridges.

The log house has good natural ventilation and there is always fresh air in the rooms. The logs also keep the rooms cool in the summer, and the floor heating on the first floor provides warmth in the winter: the heating source is a pellet boiler.

The nearest beach is 4 km away, but there are many options. The best sandy beaches are 7 minutes away by car. Beautiful pine forests and a couple of lakes (Tänavjärv) are also nearby.

The house has previously been used as accommodation; but in recent years it has been a cozy home.
